Living In Myth, Memory and Fantasy
I work in digital collage and mixed media, drawn to the act of transformation. I take fragments of existing imagery and reshape them into something unfamiliar, something that feels suspended between memory and myth. Layering is central to my process. I leave traces visible, allowing shadows and light to coexist, the way past experiences echo beneath the surface.
My work leans into a Victorian and gothic sense of romance and darkness. I am inspired by fantasy, by the beauty of longing, by the quiet strength found in women who endure and command their own worlds. Rich, saturated color becomes another layer of emotion. As a mother of three daughters, I create women who are sovereign, powerful, and unafraid to occupy space.
